- Enquiry Form - Please complete the enquiry form in our contact section. This sets out your requirements and enables us to provide you with details of our recommended hotels which suit your individual needs.
- Venue Recommendation - We will provide you with details of the hotels we recommend and our independent assessment of their facilities and services.
- Hotel Selection - We will confirm availability at your chosen hotel and negotiate the best rates on your behalf. We can also arrange a visit to the venue, if required.
- Quality Assurance – Following the event we will contact you for your feedback, thereby ensuring our venues continue to fulfil our clients' requirements. We are confident that all our hotels provide superb service and your event will be a pleasure to organise and a great success.
